Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions outline the commitment you undertake for your child as a student for the duration of your Sirah course. Please read these terms and conditions carefully to finalise your child's attendance on the course. By registering for this course, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Classroom Policy
1.1 You will attend all classes. Absences and lack of punctuality will seriously hinder your progress.

1.2 You will take part in the exercises set as part of the lessons, to the best of your ability. Please ensure you will be able to dedicate the required number of hours outside of class before applying, as we do not offer refunds.

1.3 You are to be ready before teacher arrives to lessons. Class time begins as soon as teacher enters the building. Please be observant of the fact that the teacher may at times need to pray within class timings.

2. Code of Conduct
2.1 IHT reserves the right to remove any student that it deems to have wilfully caused damage to the property of another student or teacher, or deliberately acted unprofessionally or discourteously. This includes, and is not limited to, jeopardising the teaching and learning in the session, causing physical harm and using abusive language.

3. Fees
3.1 The payment for each child will be £15 per month. After factoring in the time allocated for holidays, the Sirah course will be running for a total of Forty – Five weeks. Payments will be taken monthly via Standing order.

3.2 Fixed fee rate applies even to absences or failure to attend.

3.3 Payment of fees may only be exempted if it is proven based on medical grounds, pre-booked holiday (please refer to point 6.2). For any other reasons, you will need to speak to IHT management directly for further consideration.

4. Course Material & Copyright
4.1 The lesson material remains the property of IHT and may not be distributed.

5. Communication
5.1 Communication between IHT and parents will be primarily via e-mail, therefore it is imperative that students provide their most recent e-mail address. Alternatively, communication may be done via the telephone number 07535 835204.

6. Twelve Month Contract
6.1 By signing the below you agree to a twelve-month contract, whereby you have agreed to attend the course for the minimum period of twelve months from the date of registration. 

6.2 If you are to leave before the twelve months’ period has ended, you will need to pay the remaining amount of course fees.Privacy Policy

7. Twelve Month Contract

7.1 Over the period of the contract, there will be a total of 7 weeks Holidays, IHT will give one prior notice of these holidays so Parents can prepare accordingly. The Holiday’s usually coincide with the Eid’s, Ramadhan and some School holidays..

7.2 If students are to take leave for a holiday, it is the parent’s duty to inform the teacher of such. One month prior notice is required otherwise payments will need to be made regardless of time taken of.
