Frequently Asked Questions

Parents are required to drop off and pick up their children at the designated times. For safeguarding reasons, children must not be left outside of camp hours, and late collection should be avoided wherever possible.

Each camp typically runs for approximately 4–5 hours. Occasionally, sessions may run slightly longer due to activities or programme flow, but parents will always be informed in advance.

Due to dietary requirements and allergies, we no longer provide lunch. This ensures children do not go without eating and parents can cater fully to their child’s needs.
Children should bring a packed lunch. Light refreshments may sometimes be provided.

Children should bring their own pencil case and colouring materials. We do provide some resources and stationery, but having their own helps children feel prepared and comfortable.

All camps are led by DBS-checked, qualified teachers with many years of experience working with children.
Camps are usually held at local schools, and occasionally at suitable community centres.
We have been running these camps for over 14 years, with consistently excellent feedback from parents and children.
